The Chair of Human Rights Law at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg is seeking a student research assistant (up to 12 hours per week) to support academic research and the organisation of academic events. The position is available starting as soon as possible, for an initial period of twelve months.
Your Responsibilities:
- Research & Writing: Supporting research and writing projects in the field of human rights law.
- Event Management: Assisting in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of academic events.
- Coordination: Coordinating with internal and external speakers.
- Digital Content: Creating and creatively implementing German and English content for social media and FAU websites.
What we are looking for:
- High motivation to contribute to human rights research at FAU and a passion for organisational work.
- Prior experience with event planning and coordination is desirable.
- Experience with photo and video production, Canva, and WordPress would be a significant asset.
